All raw materials that we use to produce our top-quality dietary supplements have to pass a stringent quality check before being put into use. The corner stone of our business are our suppliers - only those who offer the products of highest possible quality and are willing to deal straight deserve the right to collaborate with us. It doesn't mean that we take everything they do or say on trust though - all the herbs delivered to our plants have to pass an additional in-house quality check no matter what! We do our best to keep the price for our finished products affordable by distributing them among vendors and retailers at wholesale prices that exceed the manufacturing costs only slightly.

The second of our priorities, which isn't in any way less important than the first one, is the quality of our service. We offer private labeling for our retailers and customers to be sure that they are receiving the generic high-quality product. Quality Control System and Specific Requirements

We have worked out detailed quality check protocols, to which all members of quality control staff are obliged to adhere throughout the entire manufacturing process. The first step of quality check takes place when the raw materials are delivered to our plants - we immediately check them for purity and safety. The quality control staff is always inclined to reject any batch of raw material if it doesn't meet our strict safety or purity requirements. The cleanliness and maintenance of our equipment is regularly checked by the US Department of Agriculture. The files containing all quality check and manufacturing records for every single unit are kept in our data storage for two years past the expiration date of the unit.

We've also established an exclusive additional means of quality protection - Breast Actives Product Analysis. Every single product offered by Breast Actives Company is accompanied by a detailed product analysis leaflet that includes all the information on the product including the lot numbers applied for the ingredients used in the manufacturing and the step-by-step information about the production methods and the manufacturing process itself.

Inspection of Raw Materials

Breast Actives Company collaborates with only the most reputable herb suppliers in several countries all over the world. All supplied raw materials must be accompanied with the Certificate of Analysis from the supplier - plus, we carry out our own in-house quality check that allows us to make sure of the indubitable quality of each ingredient.

Lot Numbers

We use special lot numbers for every single batch of raw material and every single lot of finished product in order to track them throughout both the manufacturing and distribution processes. The person in charge of labeling the products and ingredients along with checking the equipment is our Director of Operations. It should also be stated that this person is responsible for the last step of quality checking process - the testing of the finished product.

Breast Actives Company is proud to abide by the US Food and Drug Administration's Good Manufacturing Practices. We carry out both the scheduled and surprise quality checks to ensure the genuine quality of our product at every single stage of manufacturing process.

Blending and Granulation Processes

After the raw materials go through an in-house quality check, they are forwarded into the processing shop. The checked ingredients are processed according to strict guidelines described in special protocols. All deviations in processing are followed by immediate discharging of the unit. Processed materials are then blended, granulated and put away into specially designed containers for further storage.

Encapsulation and Compression Processes

After one more on-site quality test the granulated product is encapsulated in a test run. A successful test unit is made a sample unit, which is then compared to samples from previous batches. The encapsulation of the rest of the granulated batch doesn't begin until the sample unit proves to meet our quality standards. Encapsulated products are stored with the same care and attention as our granulated materials.

Packaging and Inspection

When the time comes for the final manufacturing stage, the granulated material is taken out of the storage and encapsulated. After that, quality control staff carries out another inspection aimed at sorting out overfilled and broken capsules, which are later recycled. The rest of the capsules that pass the quality check are then packaged for bulk storage or immediately bottled and labeled for further consumer use. Every single bottle of Breast Actives comes with a tamper-proof seal and FDA-required information leaflet aimed at protecting the customers.

Our Packaging Materials

We are fully aware of the fact that the quality and safety of our products depend largely on the quality and safety of the materials we use for packaging them. We've got special people in our quality control team that look after proper labeling of the raw materials and finished product. All new labels are crosschecked against the master label in order to prevent any mistakes in the printing process and in the process of filling out the labels.
